This dedicated one day professional development workshop for New South Wales will provide participants with education and understanding of the following:

All with the aim of improving practitioners’ current knowledge and ability to work successfully within a complex framework.

Presented by Mr David Parkinson, B.HMS, M. Clin Ex Phys

David’s professional development has included over 15 years experience in Occupation Rehabilitation. David has worked with Transport NSW in roles including: Injury Management Advisor, Case Manager and Senior Case Manager. Since 2017, he has worked with Relaunch, a Health Solutions organisation as the National Recover at Work Coordinator. He is also concurrently working in private practice at DP Health Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology with a focus on soft tissue and mental health rehabilitation. 


David has completed a Bachelor of Science, Human Movement (SCU) and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (ACU) and continues to advance his learning with courses and conferences to stay update with the latest evidence based practise.
 

Target Audience:

Graduate Accredited Exercise Physiologists and any Accredited Exercise Physiologist looking to work or already working within the Workers Compensation system.

Places are strictly limited to 20 places depending on the venue. To be placed on the waitlist register, please email courses@dphealth.com.au. Once registered (with payment details listed) you will be contacted by DP Health to confirm.  When/if a place becomes available DP health will contact the next person on the waitlist with an option to join the Professional Development. Due to the popularity of this Professional Development, acceptance of delegate place must be received within 24 hours of notice, or it will be understood by DP Health that the delegate offer has been declined.
